"This property needs a refresh."

The location was convient for walking to the town centre and the canals. It was also close to a supermarket and there were local restaurants and bars, in the jewellery quarter. There is a lot of space to spread out and the kitchen is decently equipped.

There is a very large building site, right outside the front door. The carpets were extremely dirty. The beds and pillows were unacceptable.
