LoveNest Genova - Acquarium 50m

Good location and value for money. Shared kitchen and bathroom was clean and well looked after.

No complaints, it was good.

- Location in the old city, walkable to city center and station. - One room in a renovated apartment with several other rented rooms. - Fridge, washing machine, bathroom/toilet are shared with other rooms. The shared kitchen, dining room and bathroom are spacious. - Quiet location, though we can hear if people talked in the street with open window.

- Google Map location was not accurate, but the host sent photos by whatsapp that helpful to find the room. - The room was on the 3rd floor without elevator. - The washing machine has no drying function and no English explanation.

Location was amazing, room big and kitchen nice. The owner was amazing too coming very late around 10pm to check me in.

Room was super hot and no air con or even fan and was sweating all night without sleep. Bed supposed to be double but it was single.

Good location, easy to get to nearby restaurants and public transport. Communication with the host was great, clear instructions. There was a washing machine but no where to hang out clothes.

Unfortunately, there was no lift (this is stated). There is 4 flights of stairs to the apartment, which was made worse by the fact there was no airconditoning which made the lovenest more of a hotnest. The host had provided fans but I flet this did not help much with the heat in summer.

It was very clean, no smell, very spacious, good air that passes through the window. It is a good practice that they keep the windows open after cleaning and mopping the floor. I appreciate the furniture and clean look inside the room and the rest of the portion of the apartment. The pillow was also fluffy and comfortable. I felt very very good in terms of the room and very good value for money. It has a heater and a fan and everything you will need. It even has a sitting room with a comfortable good sofa and a television

It is located in a place with a night bar filled with noisy crowd and the apartment has no sound proofing you will definitely feel the noise even if your windows are closed I would like to suggest you buy hooks where guests can hang towels and clothes. This hook can be hang at the back of the door so no need to drill the wall. It is also inexpensive.
