This property was large enough to accommodate my friends . Huge 3 double beds in each room , in which were extremely comfortable. Double glazed windows in all windows . The Lounge, dining area was spacious and light … The kitchen facilities were great, lots of space and cupboards full of essential items. A fantastic, modern apartment

Nothing to complain about it. It was perfect for what I needed it for .

Location is excellent and great facilities for one couple and two friends to live comfortably during our stay.

The key code that was sent at the time of booking was wrong. No other code was sent even though it was claimed it had been. Luckily the office was open, and the situation was resolved quickly. I would check you have the correct key code!

Plenty of space. Three very nice bedrooms. Two bathrooms: one onsuite. Accessible large TV. Newly fitted quality kitchen. Quiet.

Lovely comfortable and clean apartment which was good value and very well located for all of Norwich’s amenities. On site parking was also a bonus.

Very confusing information from the host. I asked about a late check in and was told that the normal checkout time was 11 and extra was chargeable. I replied that 11 was fine as we needed to check out by then anyway as we were attending a family funeral. Then at 10.30 a representative from the hosting company turned up in the doorstep to say that check out was 10 and they had come to clean. Already stressed about the funeral I then had to scroll through my phone to find the email ‘proving’ that I had been told that check out was 11. We were told that they were in the process of changing hosting companies and so the rules had changed - however that isn’t really my problem! Also the displayed wi-if code didn’t work and we found the correct information in a drawer in the kitchen. Had no on the day communication from the company with the lock box number and contacted them for it. They responded quickly and it turned out I it had come tucked away in an email at the time of booking and wasn’t anywhere on my Booking.com app. A reminder on the day would have been good.
