Very clean and comfortable in a great location. Would definitely recommend

Instruction email said to email or WhatsApp with id and name to get code, which I didn’t see until we got there. This sent us into a panic as no response, but further down email was the code, so caused unnecessary confusion

"Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment."

Very comfortable , well designed and decorated, light, easy walking distance to station and sites of interest and river.

There were no wine glasses (apart from one very large freebie), no manuals for anything. (One for the oven would have been helpful) and bath mats would have been useful . (We used hand towels to protect the floor.). None of these spoilt our stay but prevented an “excellent” for facilities.

"Excellent stay. We would book the same accommodation again if we return to Norwich."

Five family members travelled to Norwich for a funeral. It was nice for us to all be able to stay together. The accommodation and location were perfect. We would have liked to stay longer.

A coffee table in the seating area, big enough to put glasses/cups on would have been good and also some hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes/towels.

"Great property."

Spacious and well equipped. Central location with good parking facility. Beds were very comfortable.

Sofa looked amazing but warn in. Could have done with a better coffee table.
