"Beautiful 😍 loved it"

It was huge and modern. It was really nice inside! The beds were very comfy. All in all, it's a very good stay. Also needed some help and the host was very nice and helped us with our problem. 10/10 customer service. Would recommend friends and family and would stay again. 🧡

The bigger bathroom could have been cleaned a tiny bit better as there were quite thick cobwebs in the corner and a hair in the shower. Toiletries were only in the en suite and not in the bigger bathroom.

"Simply home from home!"

The location was great, and it was easy to walk to places of interest. Parking literary on site. Rooms are a good size. 4 people or family of 5 can comfortably stay in the apartment, though we were 3.

Ideal place when we came over to Norwich for my Sisters wedding. Lovely and spacious lounge and kitchen area, comfy bedrooms.

The tv wasn’t working, couldn’t get normal tv channels only Netflix, cable for aerial seemed broken. En suite shower, the floor was sunken & very precarious where people haven’t laid down the shower mat down. Our bedroom with en-suite was very dusty in areas.

The location and parking was good,also the layout of the appartment

There was mould and mildew in the ensuite bathroom also stains on the settee in the lounge. We were there from Friday afternoon until Sunday morning at 10am however during that time we had no heating!….the television didn’t work and there was only one bath and one hand towel for us a couple. After several calls the owner got someone in to repair the heating ..clean the mould and extra towels… but not until Saturday evening !
