Friendliness of the staff ! They really went the extra mile for us,making sure our stay was amazing!

Everything was good!

Great location with stunning Nile views. Good food, comfy beds. Pool area was clean and relaxing. Spacious rain head shower with satisfactory water pressure. Functional kitchen. Punctual and attentive staff, very friendly. Shuttle to water taxi was super convenient.

Clunky door/lock situation made coming and going a bit complicated. Adding screens to doors and windows would help avoid mosquitos and allow for fresh air. Would be great to ensure paper towels, a drying rack and clean dish rags were provided.

Great place. Clean. Good condition. Away from city center. Great food.

Need hangers in shower room. Everything else look perfect.

Abdol is helpful and kind owner. View is amazing.

What I liked most about the hotel was the friendliness and kindness of the staff when we arrived. They made us feel very welcome and provided us with all the information we needed to start our stay. Everything seemed very promising from the beginning.

However, what I didn’t like at all was the attitude we faced when our flight was canceled, and we requested help with canceling our reservation. Although they initially offered a lot of information and seemed willing to assist, when we asked for help with the cancellation, they showed no empathy. They told us they didn’t want to cancel the reservation, and when we requested at least the cancellation of the second night, they simply stopped responding. This was a huge disappointment, as we couldn’t understand how, in such an unexpected and difficult situation, there was no willingness to help.

Everything. We stayed here as a family of 4 with 2 young children (4years and a baby) we had the 2 bedroom top apartment. It was spacious, comfortable and clean, and a cot was provided for my baby without us even asking. With a beautiful view of the Nile river. Abdol manages the property and was in contact using WhatsApp. He was extremely helpful and friendly. As were all the staff. We arrived late but ordered food to our room. Very delicious Egyptian food. Finding the apartment was quite tricky. But our tour guide was in contact with Abdol who guided us here. It felt a bit like the back and beyond but it's worth it for the lovely views.

The WiFi connection wasn't very good. It didn't bother us too much as we had an E sim and only stayed one night. There was alot of noise at night time from outside. It tailed off around midnight so if your late to bed it won't bother you. It only bothered us slightly because we were in bed early. We had an apartment at the back of the property so you could request one closer to the river then I suspect you wouldn't get the noise

Host Abdol is on top of his game and there for his guests for whatever you need. Location of the Villa is great, don't let the way there discourage you. It is situated in the farming area on the west bank of the Nile. Therefore you get to experience life of the locals and farmers. They offer free shuttle to the west side ferry dock and he even connect you with fair price ferry boat driver which does not bother you or hustle during your crossing. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you might need. There is even washing machine in the hallway which you can use free of charge. Food is great and high-quality. You have to order an hour in advance as they are preparing everything fresh from the scratch. The menu is combining traditional and western food options, and prices are more than fair considering the quality and meals include water, drink of choice and desert. Definitely best food we had in Egypt. Our host Abdol was very kind and spend some time with us during the lunch and dinner. He is available for anything you might need, from organisation of the tours to simple assistance. He even took care and checked on us when we left his apartments. Staff is very kind and nice. Amazing and refreshing experience after spending few days in hectic and busy Cairo. Would definitely come back again.

The place is beautiful, comfortable beds, AC works well, owner and the service people are very kind, food was delicious. 100% recommend this place.

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and will do everything to make your stay here as comfortable as possible. The view is wonderful, the room is very clean and Abdol will arrange all excursions for you if you ask for it.

You are fully reliant on taxis or staff to help you out. Walking to a supermarket or shops or restaurants on your own as two women is more challenging.
