Abdol (the host) was there on arrival. Everything went perfect. He arranged an exceptional visit for us with guide Hassan. 500% recommended for future visitors. Meals served at the property are very qualitative !!

Great villa with a great pool and always available host. This is perfect for a dip after a super hot Egyptian day. Staff were constantly cleaning and maintaining the property, the host is always available and there is a free shuttle to the ferry crossing. Would have been easily 10/10 hadn't it been for the issue below.

No AC in the main bedroom. What?? There is AC in the living room and second bedroom but not in the main bedroom. This is for the family 2 bedroom suite we stayed at. When Abdul was informed he said that the other two ACs will cover for this but they didn't. Main bedroom stayed quite hot. I would have rated this place 6/10 hadn't it been for the host who was very much always available and offered me refund if I wanted (where would I go last minute?). Other rooms in this same property would probably be 10/10 but they weren't 2 bedroom ones. Also there were too many staff coming and going all the time which didn't provide any privacy.

Best stay ever !! What can i say, i stayed 2 nights there with my family and we wished we could stayed longer. The host Abdol and all the staff were so welcoming, kind and helpful ! The villa was big, very clean, very nice toilets, with AC and you have a beautiful view on the pool and Nile from the balcony. The swimming pool was clean, beautiful and perfect. You feel very safe inside the villa with guards on the entrance. They have a free shuffle bus who can get you near the streets with restaurants and shops. There are a restaurant inside the villa which is really really good. We ate the 2 days there, it was the best food we ate in Egypt and really good cocktails ! Big up to the young chef ! Abdol arranged a private car for us to visit the entire west side for a good price. The neighborhood is very calm and quiet so it was perfect for relaxing. So really don't hesitate to book this villa !! Thanks again for everything Abdol :)

When I was looking for a place in Luxor I didn't expect much. But Royal Nile Villas exceed my expectations, it's modern, beds were comfortable. But be careful with the power if it gets too many loads it would cut off. Staff were nice and helpful, the owner was very thoughtful. It's calm and the view was nice especially with sunlight.

Location is not the most convenient and you wouldn't want to talk a walk in the neighborhood. Sailing trip was not recommended as we didn't really go sailing

The owners are very good at making sure that all travellers are happy and comfortable, the owners make sure that travellers are safe, and if there are any problems in Luxor, the owners will try to help you out.

Before booking this hotel, we wanted to take the five-star hotel Steigenberg, but since we are with children, this would be stressful for us parents. And at the last moment we changed our reservation to royal nile Villas. On the way to the hotel, we were a little worried because there was an agricultural village around us. But upon arrival at the place, our mouths opened from the beauty; it was an “oasis in the desert.” Silence, everything is green, beautiful view of the Nile towards Luxor. We were greeted very warmly by the owner of the hotel. We settled in a wonderful room and it felt like we were in a five star hotel, the room was spacious with all amenities, with two separate rooms and a large living room, with high ceilings and a beautiful new interior. And the most wonderful thing was the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Nile. We were very tired after the trip and ordered an Egyptian dinner from the hotel menu. After being in Egypt for 10 days, traveling to different places, we have never eaten so deliciously anywhere else. My husband is Italian, he said that this was the most delicious thing he ate during his entire vacation. We recommend the Moussaka dish with meat and kofta tagine. Afterwards we booked a tour for the morning from the owner, it was a spacious, large new minibus with an Italian professional guide. Who knew everything and told it very interestingly. When I read the reviews I didn’t really believe it. I was very skeptical, but now I can say with confidence that if we return to Luxor, then ONLY TO THIS HOTEL. The service here is like that of a 5 stars hotel. Big plus about location that u will not loose your time in the morning to go to valley of the kings and the rest tourist attractions on this side of the Nile .

The staff were exceptional nothing was too much.bother. The food was great both traditional and non traditional. We would definitely stay again.Quiet area no hassle and very clean both inside and out of the villas. Standard of finish in the villa was high.very European and by Egyptian standard 5 stars.
