Royal Nile Villa - Nile View Apartment 1

Abdol and the team at Royal Nile Villas were exceptional throughout our entire stay. They were all attentive, extremely friendly, and valued their customer satisfaction and experience while visiting Luxor. The team at Royal Nile Villas have also curated a range of activities and experiences that can be arranged through Abdol and his team. After spending 2.5 full days at the property and participating in these arranged experiences I can truly say they all surpassed our expectations. The level of customer service that Abdol provides at the Villas extended to the tour guide, felucca boat captain and the drivers that we used. On top of all this the food provided at Royal Nile Villas was the best we had in Egypt. Each meal was fresh, light and presented with care - a true standout and something we really appreciated during our stay. To top it all off Abdols communication was prompt and he even let us have a late checkout due to a late evening flight. If you are looking at places to stay in Luxor…YOU MUST STAY HERE!

The property was amazing and exceeded expectations. The place was modern, clean and neat. It had everything we required travelling as a family with kids. The host and staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The location and view is serene, there is enough place on the property for kids to play and adults to relax by the pool. The pool is extremely well maintained. They had a free shuttle to the nile which made crossing over a breeze. I would definitely return as this was just the best accomodation. We even did some laundry during our stay, the host was able to arrange activities at very competitive rates, everything was just made easy for us! Thank you for the amazing experience and service.

The villas are every bit as good as the photos. Location on the west bank is rural, calm and fantastic for visiting archeological sites and for relaxing. Abdol and his staff run everything like clockwork and he can arrange everything you need, from food, to a driver, supermarket stuff, tour guides, felucca ride, all at reasonable prices. The Egyptian breakfast is delicious and healthy. Everything is flexible, nothing too much trouble. The apartment is clean and spacious with modern facilities and comfortable beds. A wonderful relaxing break after the chaos of Cairo and cold weather of home. We definitely will return.

A great holiday in Luxor staying at Mr Abdol's Royal Nile Villas. New, modern, clean, safe, comfortable and with a beautiful view of the swimming pool and Nile River.

Usually fully booked. We are lucky to be able to get a room on our dates.

Everything was excellent. From the pre-arrival welcome, instructions to get to the villas and warm welcome, we felt safe and secure. The villas are comfortable with amenities that meet our needs, the beautiful modern suites and swimming pool with a beautiful view of the Nile River was beyond our expectations. The breakfast served was fresh and delicious. We felt as if staying in our home away from home. Highly recommend Royal Nile Villas to those who visit Luxor. The villa is very clean, new, and quiet. Also, the host Nasser and all the staff was very helpful and friendly. They can help you arrange everything; food, transport, and private tours, all with reasonable prices. Do try their room service foods (tajine, breakfast, and juice), they were superb!

The villa was a bit hard to find for outsiders. Our driver had to go back and forth to find the entrance. Finally, they had to escort us from the big road into the villa area. I'd recommend you to just book a transfer service with them.
