I liked everything

The villas are so beautifully designed and the staff were so helpful. It was my daughter’s 21st birthday and they produced a beautiful cake with my daughter’s name on with only a couple of hour’s notice. Nothing was too much trouble - they organised fantastic trips for us and we enjoyed every minute of our stay

Just wow!! They took care of us like we were one of their family. Food is very good and convenient right at the hotel. The room is impeccable and just perfect. The pool so awesome and the location very calm. I will come again for sure and will not look for another place at all. The tour we did was great. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The property is located in front of the Nile river on the western bank. It is a new building with parts still under construction. The rooms were big enough and clean, each had its own toilet. There is a small restaurant attached to the property, the food was good and reasonably priced. The staff was really good and willing. The staff assigned to us was Adel, he was really good and spoke great English.

The only negative was the drive there. The last 15 kilometers after leaving the highway was pure chaos. There were aggressive drivers and everything imaginable in the street. We dodged large careening buses and trucks, cars, donkey carts, tractors with wagons, children, men, women carrying babies, car killing chuck holes, and dogs to arrive at the villa.

The place was pretty much as I saw them in the pictures with great view of the river and east bank of the Nile in Luxor. Our kids loved the pool area and the spacious rooms. The hosts were amazing with great advice and very responsive/accommodating to our needs. I know we held them up waiting because we ended up arriving later than we had told them, and I could imagine they were pretty annoyed by that, but they were courteous and kind all the same.

The road leading into the property is unpaved and very bumpy at times, but obviously that's not the fault of the property owners. That's pretty much the only gripe I would have, but that's general to this part of Egypt.

I want to say thank you to Abdul nasır for everything. After Cairo and other places in Egypt, this villa was like a heaven, friendly, polite, everything on time, communication was very fast and helpful. We ordered breakfast, not best for my taste but best for luxor %100. We ordered another meals at restorants at luxor and we couldn't finish meals, at villa it was much better. I ordered a sisha, they show me which flavour I want to order. Overall %100 satisfying experience. They provided free ferry shuttle everytime we wanted to cross nile river. All beds and sheets, pillows was clean and smells good. Thank you and best wishes.

The area is surprising, but so is the west coast of Luxor. It shows its true Egyptian face, "off resort". Despite this, the accommodation itself is excellent.
