It was really big and relatively modern

The location was so scary. Group of four girls and we were so scared of the area, super sketchy. The apartment was a little bit dirty too.

The size of the apartment, the fact it is on ground floor and easy to access.

The train station is right in front and the neighbourhood is occupied by many homeless persons, it is striking especially at night.
