[Near Train Station] Luxury house 5 beds

the neighborhood is a bit scary at night , we walked from the station parking to the hotel at 1:30AM ( me and my family with my grandma) there was a loooot of homeless people and they were acting super weird, we felt unsafe at night , but if you book it and check in during the day you will be fine I guess.

Stayed one night. Short drive from the airport and location near bus station. Comfortable beds and clean.

apartment is very close to the train station and good places to see around with enough restaurants and options to eat. Host was very good at communicating, and kept us in the loop.

Quite noisy outside as a lot of homless people outside were sleeping on the station plus the police were very heavy patroling. The apartment is very good but be careful of the surrounding area as it felt quite unsafe walking at night around as these people were quite heavy drunk and some even shouting at us. Could see why the apartment has metal coverings over the windows.

Interior is really nice. Someone put much attention into decorating it. Flat is equipped with anything you need. It is like 400m from the train station and from the bus to the airport.

1. This place really needs an air conditioning - most windows are exposed to a direct sun, so the blinds need to be down most of the day - you end up with dark however still hot interior (we had 29C inside on 32C day) you cannot let any fresh air in because most of other windows have no mosquito net 2. it is literally on a bus station and there are a lot of homeless people and trumps outside the house, even if they do not interact with you, it does not feel safe 3. check in via webpage is terrible on the mobile phone and requires taking a lot of photos of you, your documents and has really bad user experience (you need to provide nationality like 6 times per each guest

The apartment is in very good condition. There is no AC. There are 2 fans. The neighborhood is not a big deal because the apartment is located opposite the bus station. All kinds of people hang around there.
