"Nice place to stay"

It was a lovely house.

We arrived at night, and had to walk past many homeless people sleeping on the group.

Great facilities, very clean, very close to the train station and the airport. Everything according to the pictures.

The check-in was a bit of a hassle. I had to fill in a form with a lot of personal details, including a photo of my passport and a selfie of me holding it. Apparently it is a legal requirement (or so I've been told), but it would have been nice to know this before making the reservation and paying for it.

The staff responsible was amazing. Would book this next time just because of service. Everything else is a bonus! Clean all appliances even a cofee machine! Wow!

Parking isnt easy. But that is Bergramo...
