Summit 808 - Luxury Beach Resort Condo

We thought it was a 1/2 bath as well other than that it. Everything else was great

Love the vibes. Love the staff.

Whoever owns room 808 lied about bedding arrangements . Then once I complained that what was shown in pictures on booking.con of bunk beds in the hall way. We get there and it’s a day bed with a pull out. The pull out made the hall way completely unsafe for passing through it. Especially in an emergency. I complained and was told the remodel was to ensure safety because the bunk beds were unsafe. No pictures of this day bed were uploaded until I complained …….owner mentioned how everyone has loved the day bed and I’m the only complaint well then the owner decided to fix the booking.com page to finally show the day bed but not the pull out underneath which clearly takes the whole hallways space. One way in one way out in this condo. If anyone needs to go to the kitchen from the bedroom you’ll have to step over and on the bed. It’s very unsafe. I’m calling the fire marshal and I’ve let the Summit know and they completely agreed by my pics this was not safe. I was offered a refund by the owner the very first day after a few messages of concern. But only if we checked out the first day. We were here for gulf coast jams I was unsure I’d find another spot that quick. So we put my son on the floor in the living room where we had plenty of walk space. The condo was very clean. Very nice. But the beds need to addressed better.

Security everywhere, staff was always watching you, it felt like you were under surveillance at all times

Amazing view and very clean.

I feel like new sofas are needed , the ones there were worn out and kind of dirty to us. However other than that the place was great.

It was disgusting. The trundle bed hadn’t been cleaned and had dirt and hair all over it. Rat droppings on the pull out couch. We discovered this late at night and they said we could just leave lol. Also there is not two bedrooms, and no washer and dryer
