The Boatside Inn

The location was ideal for our needs for travelling to Vindolanda and other places of local interest.

The Inn is closed Monday + Tuesday so nowhere to go locally for food or drink.

Room facilities still of really good quality

Very little connection with staff. Very impersonal.

I would highly recommend this property. It was clean, comfortable, spacious room and plenty of parking. Staff were very helpful. Great location for walks.

Beautiful cabins set apart from pub. Very spacious, comfortable and everything would need in space provided. Ate in the pub both nights stayed, food and staff were excellent.

Great place to stay near Hexham and Hadrians Wall. Lovely location and good food in the evening at the pub.

No breakfast available, although found a fab place in Hexham for a superb breakfast.

everything was wonderful from the chalet to the food and staff were amazing. We had a great time and I would not hesitate to recommend the Boatside Inn.

Lovely little place and the back of a pub. Nice and clean too. Good WiFi and the food in the pub was good value.

The location and general condition of the property was good. The process of gaining access and opportunity to dine in the Pub or go into nearby Hexham suited our lifestyle/ holiday mode.

The toilet flush didn’t work properly and one of the twin beds wasn’t the most comfortable ie mattress ‘sagging in the middle’! The lack of opportunity to have a cooked breakfast was a slight disappointment. However, I understand the financial implications of providing this ie staffing etc.

Grande chambre.

Pas de thé et scones à 10h30 contrairement à ce qui est stipulé dans l'annonce. Peu d'intimité dans la chambre qui donne sur une cour devant le pub.

Mooi ingericht. Goed bed .Prachtige badkamer met bad.

Jammer dat we bij aankomst op zondag om 16.45 uur geen eten meer konden bestellen. Sluiting half 5.
