The Lazy Goose - Coffee House & Bedrooms

It’s nice to have a cafe below, but it was only open until 4pm. We were attending a wedding the next day at Eastington Park so the location was very convenient. The included breakfast in the cafe was just a hot drink a cake, pastry or a toasted sandwich

The bathrooms were rather disappointing and need refurbishing. There was only an overhead shower and no complimentary shower caps to keep my wife’s hair dry. Our bathroom smelt of drains. It was very cold in the room when we arrived, but we were able to use an electric radiator before the central heating came on between 5 and 6pm.

Lovely large clean well equipped room.

This is a convenient place for us when visiting family as it is close to the motorway and lots of local places to visit. When arriving late the keycode entry is straight forward.

Although the food on offer for breakfast was very good there is not really a 'healthy' option for those not into danish pastries or 'toasties'.

Very comfortable, clean and good location for a wedding we attended. Easy access and good breakfast too. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing. Think this place would be even better in the summer. Pity we didn't get a chance to use the garden.
