A quiet comfortable room.

A little more choice for breakfast would have been nice.

Easy to find and plenty of parking spaces. Nice location and lovely coffee.

Window in our room needs updating.

Good modern bedroom. Only 3 minutes from motorway so very convenient.

Communications and instructions prior to the visit were clear. Property was very nice and all in good order. Plenty of signs around if you needed help. Room was large, clean, with everything needed. Bed was very comfy. Breakfast included - provided by the coffee house downstairs. Plenty of parking. Nice secure garden at the rear. Location was quiet. Co-op convenience store 1 min away.

Breakfast was limited. Hot drink with toastie or pastry or cake. No healthy options. The Coffee House was popular which was a good sign but meant that pastries ran out quickly so get down in good time!

Room was really warm, only 1 comfy chair to sit on

We loved the Cat!!! Even though he wasn't staff, he was very affectionate. The staff was amazing as well. The bed was big and comfy, the bathroom had everything we needed in it, including a lovely tub to relax in. It was just minutes away from the event we were attending that evening, so the location was ideal. We would love to come back and stay here again.

Beautiful building

Bed was very comfy and we loved that we could let a lot of air in the room via 2 good sized windows. The fan was great too, as the room was pretty hot. The staff were kind, friendly and helpful. They even found my wallet and called me to let me know. Very kind. The Coffe House downstairs was exceptional, we enjoyed our toasties, though for a breakfast, it wasn't much food.

The bathroom was a bit tired and cramped. The loo roll holder was hanging off the wall. No fridge in room. Breakfast was small.
