"Great for a short visit."

Service excellent - staff friendly and very helpful. The location close to M5 and also to the wedding location that we attended during our stay

The room could have been a little bigger. However, it was fully functional - the shower was excellent. We are used to a king size bed and so the double bed was a little small during the "heatwave". The fan provided was useful, but could have been more powerful during the heat.

"Ideal base for exploring Cotswolds - Exceptionally nice staff"

Clean large room, well equipped, friendly helpful staff (loaned me a phone charger). Large garden with plenty of shade (we were there during heatwave) Would stay here again.

"Very comfortable bed."

The location and the garden setting were lovely. The room was large and the bed comfortable.

The breakfast was very limited sour dough bread only toasted sandwiches couple of choices, or a tea cake, croissant or a cake. When we asked the young lady serving us at the counter (her attitude was not very welcoming) she didn’t explain what was totally included in the breakfast ie drinks hot & cold or both. Whilst we requested an early check-in (an hour before 15:00 hrs) the room was not totally clean. The kettle had water left in it plus tea/coffee stains all over the outside of it. The bathroom was not brilliant either.

"Wonderful stay, just shame no one is around to help when you check in late!"

Loved the bed! The location was fab! And breakfast so yummy!

Tv didn’t work :( And no one to help check in so I had to carry 2 suitcases up 2 flights of stairs alone and pregnant And little bit of dirt in the bath

The bed was comfy

No reception .... non existent help ..... no customer service .... no breakfast available apart from a cup of tea..... would not recommend and would not stay again..... I'm not actually sure what I got for £135..... really disappointed.

Overall it was a good place to stay.

I marked this down slightly as the beds are not kingsize and at over six foot tall it was too short.
