NH Maldives Kuda Rah Resort

I opted for the half-board package, which included breakfast and dinner buffets but no lunch. The breakfast menu was almost 80% the same every day, which was disappointing. Dinner, on the other hand, offered a bit more variety each day. However, it was extremely disappointing that no soft drinks were included in the half-board package—only water was provided. Purchasing a soft drink separately was an option, but the prices were exorbitant! There is a permanent Indian food station available for all meals, including breakfast, so if you love indian food this place is ideal.

The ocean in front of the sandy part of the beach was rocky and uninviting, with uneven, jagged rocks making it difficult to enjoy the water comfortably

They didnt have our reservation in system. Sorted out with an upgrade, so it was more positive than negative

All was great the food everything but there were no activities

Very quiet and no activity and although I was full board the drinks weren’t included

It was welcoming and very clean, modern, they provided toiletries, towels, robes, slippers, iron and ironing board

The views, the cleanliness and regular pesticide control

Not enough activities considering weather is uncertain. There should be more activities despite uncertainty in weather conditions. There should be more options for activities in the evening. A lot of focus is on activities during the day.

The whole experience and quite island setting was fantastic, Greeting and Guide (Shimah) at Male airport was pleasant and very help full. Meal staff restaurant entry girl and our table waiter - Brilliant. The chefs we met - Great and their food. Meeting the new Manager (Christopher) - Most welcoming.

I feel the whole of Maldives (not just your resort) is very overpriced compared to the rest of the world. From Accommodation, Transfers, Food/Drink, Souvenirs etc.

Amazing people, they add meaning of service to customer service. Each and every employee deserves kudos, always smile on face, wishing good morning or evening. They made our trip awesone. From cleaner to chef to bar tender to reception to spa, everything is so great! Would give them more than 5 star, if we could. We had 2 kids with us, as well. They treated them so well, we are very impressed. Personalized care to perfection. So attentive, attention to detail! From welcome with drums, massages, drinks, they made the stay so perfect! We will definitely go again! I will be definitely forgetting some names, but doing my best. Moti made such fun shapes with towels for kids, madectheir day, cleaned the room, twice daily. Amila, Supun, Samith were amazing bar tenders, memirized ours n kids drinks, always there to offer smile n fun drinks. Swastika, Imam, Nazeer and many more serving all meals, perfectly attentive to all needs during meals. Chanaka and Gaani helped us at reservations for undersea restaurant at Conrad. Took care of all details. Ghaani was also recreation team member, took care of all fun activities, island hopping, snokeling, feeding fishes, he is so fun and perfect for his job. He especually made our son feel special and engaged. Special shoutout to Indian food chef Ganesh, made everything so perfect- north and south Indian dishes. We relished every meal he made fresh. Amazing food and presentation. Spa manager Ayuu and her team was so special as well. We did couples cupid package- steam dpa, full body massage, n facials- the best we received, ever! Definitely try them n you will be so pleased. Lastly, Sydney and John at reception were so helpful and took care of even the smallest of needs. Overall, we are a fan, and couldnt say enough nice things about this place. 5 star stay with personalized apptoach, not like big hotels where you are just a number. Definitely recommend :)
