Friendly staff, facilities, over-water villa with private pool, turquoise water view from the water villas with plenty of baby sharks and colorful fish, resort pool with sunset views, activities, great snorkel, private beach, buffet, sunset cruise, scuba diving center at the resort. The chocolates/ cookies delivered daily in our room, the towels in the form of animals every day in our room, and the happy anniversary message on the bed.

We liked everything. Just small aspects for improvement were: the ability to pay bar food at the bar instead of at the reception (it took a bit of time and sometimes reception was busy with other guests), more organisation for payments (we were charged twice for two items that were paid already), more seafood options at the buffet for non-meat eaters, yoga/ meditation class to do the actual activity instead of spending much time teaching the concepts/ theory.

Amaya is nice because of the people who works there and make all the best to make your stay amazing. For us, they succed in making the Journey unforgetable. The food is absolutly delicious. Lot of variaty. The water activities are very nice and is a must to try it. Many thanks to Akbar, the guy from Glow bar, he is the best!!!

Sometimes the small details are making the difference between 4 and 5 starts. The furniture from the room and from the pool are old...and not looking so good... the sun bed from the beach on the villa suites are old and ugly...

Best honeymoon experience We had a wonderful honeymoon at Amaya Kuda Rah resort in the Maldives. From the stunning setting to the delicious food and lovely desserts, it was top class. All staff were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. Particularly Ibbe and Swastika made sure that we were well looked after and had an unforgettable honeymoon experience.Ibbe was so friendly and helpful. Also our cleaner Bayezid did an amazing job and added a special touch to make our honeymoon special. Sydney and Chanaka made sure that we had an amazing experience throughout and were always on hand for advice and support.The experienced dive team took us for an adventure of our lives snorkeling with giant mantas and experiencing the rich marine life of the coral reef. We also loved the sunset cruise, floating breakfast and candlelit dinner which were included as a part of our package. Overall, we are so glad that we chose Amaya Kuda Rah for our honeymoon and we wished we could stay

The people are the key! Beside all the very comfortable, well equipped, bright, clean and few steps from ocean located luxury beach and watervillas, beside the great offers and service from recreation manager Nishan and his team, from SPA, from diving center, reservation, reception, restaurant and poolbar, it has been the outstanding kindness of the whole resort team plus the privacy you can find if needed at this cosy boutique resort Amaya Kuda Rah which did create a paradise vacation for us! One hint for others, our personal opinion: If you search rest, recreation, paradise incl. options for excursions (islands, sandbanks, diving, snorkeling) than Amaya Kuda Rah is the place to be. If you have teens with you who need daily action and big sports or party program directly behind your villa, than probably bigger resorts might fit better. This cosy luxury resort seems made to charge your soul and your batteries with positive energy (try the meditation or the yoga at sunrise at the beach and the sunset cruise) and with amazing memories to the nature and to the resort team taking care for you.

Our stay was exceptional! From the moment we arrived until departure, the staff exceeded expectations. Rooms were spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained. The resort restaurants offered delicious meals with a diverse menu . (We had all - inclusive package) highly recommend this resort!!! ( we stayed for 10days )

This place is amazing. We spent a week there and felt like royalty. we had a great relaxing time. The villa was beautiful, enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi after our fun filled days. The food was delicious. The chefs (Chef Nihal and Kumarisi) were amazing especially to my daughter who has food allergies. The minute she comes to the restaurant, they come asking her for what food she was in the mood for and they would make her meals. The servers were so nice, so sweet, after couple days, Ashfaq knew how I like my coffee. Everyone is so polite no exception from the managers to the staff, this place wouldn’t be the way it is without them. I enjoyed water aerobics with Nishan, wish it was an hour long :) every day, there was a different activity, we didn’t get bored at all. We also partook in several water sport activities, including jet skiing, sunset dolphin watching, and the sunset boat ride. The water sports employees were very kind as well. I would highly recommend.

We liked absolutely everything here! Very friendly, sincere, attentive staff, they try to please in absolutely everything and everywhere, they pay attention to every little detail and this is very nice! The island is not large and cozy, it has absolutely everything you need, many different activities and excursions. We spent our vacation with pleasure!
