Watermill Cottages - 18th Century converted Mill 10 mins from beach

The property was like stepping into a story book it was idyllic , there was plenty of parking , the garden was a children paradise and with trampoline and a zip line over the stream. There was everything you needed and it was very clean , there is no phone signal but is WiFi and even a EV charger.

The road to the property is interesting and could use with some of the branches trimming

The location was very nice. It was right next to water stream although we couldn’t sit out due to the rainy weather. The rooms were very clean and the owner was very helpful.

It lacked some basic amenities like there was not even a hand wash in the toilets . There were no towels and no toiletries like shower gel etc. As the property is in a secluded place and the nearest convenience store is about 20 mins away with difficult access due to very narrow country side roads, it became difficult for us to manage with small kids. There were no extra bin bags and we had to request the owner to provide us some. There is no dishwasher , which is what we don’t expect from a holiday home in such price.

Very narrow steep lane to reach property difficult to reach .don't know how we would have reversed if we met another car ! But very beautiful and peaceful location 😌

It was just lovely so peaceful and relaxing just what we needed

The area the surrounding it was just so picturesque just a perfect little gem

The location was great, remote and the grounds were great for the kids to explore.
