We loved staying on the Lower Mill Estate - great set up for a family stay and amazing views across the lake. We really enjoyed our time. We went out for dinner at the on-site restaurant Ballihoo and also cooked one night in the very well-equipped kitchen. We also used the spa facilities which were easy to navigate and lots of fun. Jane was a great host.

The property is very comfy and lovely, although in the warmer months the curtains / blind in the second bedroom lets a fair amount of light in from quite early morning (4am onwards) - so if travelling with young children, consider blackout blinds.

"Beautiful penthouse with beautiful views"

The property is based in a private estate and the entire estate is immaculate, the room was amazing with excellent views and the staff are friendly. We also loved how many facilities there are on site we took advantage by using the onsite spa and it was wonderful. We plan to return in August but with our family.
