"We had a really great stay - tremendous value for money"

Excellent location, wonderful food, fabulous breakfast, lovely friendly staff, comfy beds, super clean.

Few minor issues, toilet handle came off the door leaving one of our party locked in the bathroom, one of the showers didn’t work, one of the fans didnt work, there is no step highlighted coming out of bedroom 5 so my sister didn’t notice it and tripped and fell. At 6:40am on saturday morning some work was done on the garden, hammering and banging which woke some of our party up. That was a bit early and unreasonable hours of work at the weekend.

Postion and great pub as well. Good restaurant.

Nothing really. Perhaps clearer instructions on getting in after closing time, but as minor quibble.

"Rally Team stay"

Location, very clean, good facilities. Great food in tge pub downstairs.

Water went off for a couple of hours. Originally descrbed as a flat, but no lounge area, just a front door to all individual lockable rooms. No tv in large family bedroom.

"Beverley, as a town, excellent. Will re-visit, but not to Rose and Crown Apartments"

Location was excellent, Breakfast not available during stay unless specific request, when Chef would be arranged, this would be very expensive for an individual or couple.

"Kitchenette" consisted of only Microwave and Electric Kettle. No hob or oven. No dining area or chairs. Impossible to self cater. No lounge area. Hot water system to "Kitchenette" sink broken. Very little cutlery - for example no teaspoons. Not even a dishcloth for washing cups. And, alarmingly, only one entry/exit staircase to apartment area, fire escape only one storey below. Not familiar with local regulations but this did not seem quite right!
