MI CA-SA EN MÉRIDA

Nelson is a super host, very knowledgeable, he gave great recommendations about restaurants and information about sightseeing. The location of the property, it is quiet, beautiful courtyard, big bedrooms, street parking.

The large private balcony in the 2 bed apartment was a good place to relax, despite the traffic outside being noisy at times. The Kitchen was small but well equipped, the wifi very good. Overall a great place to stay. The host, Nelson, was extremely helpful, providing much useful information. It was close to the centre of things in Merida.

Traffic noisy in the street outside , at times in the evening and morning, but ok at night. Some people might be troubled by this, but it wasn’t serious enough to spoil things for us.

Mi Ca-sa en Merida is well-situated: close to bars, restaurants, museums, parks, laundry (there are 3 within 5 minutes walk) and a large WalMart. It's also steps from Paseo de Montejo, Merida's Champs Elysee. The apartment is clean, comfortable (fan in the living room, AC in the bedroom) and very well-equipped: there's a spice rack with at least 10 different UNOPENED spices in the kitchen, pots and pans, a microwave, toaster oven, convection stovetop, coffee maker, water dispenser, etc. The host, Nelson, is extremely accommodating. He comes every day (he doesn't live at the property) so you can always talk to him or chat with him on whatsapp when he's not around - he's always ready to help with information on Merida and surrounding areas, including ways to get there. Highly recommended especially for longer-term stays in beautiful Merida!

I was really delighted with this accommodation in a great location in Merida. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Nelson, the host, was fabulous, always available to help with his extensive local knowledge and friendly, smiling demeanour. I would recommend this flat with no hesitation.

Very good central location, you can reach a bunch of cafes, local shops, etc., even Walmart. Very friendly and caring host. Apartment is fine and has everything - water, pump, conditioning, kitchen, etc. A few insects but it did not bother me.
