The location is great , walking to sites, food and shopping. The complex is small and very clean, not bugs or flys . I'll stay again.

The Host, Nelson was most helpful and knowledgeable. Had all the amenities of Home!

Nelson was fantastic. My bus didn't come in until midnight and he was there to great me, gave me the keys and gave me a run down of the place. It was very comfortable, great location. I cooked several meals and it what I needed. Nelson was the best host ever. He would email me on what things there were to do not only in Merida but the surrounding area. If I asked him ie where do I take the Colectivo to Holum he would look it up if he didn't know. He would check in to make sure everything was good. It was great speaking Spanish with him. A had a friend join after the first two weeks and he made her feel so helpful. I stayed for one month and would highly recommend it!

Mi Casa en Merida is perfectly located for walking to all the sites in the city, or taking a quick taxi ride. Nelson is a very friendly and conscientious host. If he wasn’t in his office downstairs, he was always quick to answer our calls. And we thoroughly enjoyed our Spanish lessons with him!

Great location (walkable to the city center, Paseo de Montejo area, Walmart, many restaurants around). Great host - Nelson helps with everything, resolves any issues very quickly, and he will be happy to recommend any places you want to visit. Safe area: the apartments are located in the gated area so I felt very safe there. They sort the trash! loved it.

I had an apartment on the first floor so the room is a bit gloomy as there is no much natural light coming in.

Apartament is in very good location, close to the centre of city, just two steps from Paseo de los Montejos, also you have Walmart supermarket just 10 min walking. The owner Mr Nelson takes great care about cleanliness of the place. Also he will provide you all the information about Mérida and its surroundings, what to visit and do, where to go for diner etc.

Bathroom is a little bit too small, and the sink is in your bedroom, but that is minor detail, apart from that was perfect 🙂
