"Excellent"

Perfect place for a stopover on our trip up to Orkney, with an easy drive to the ferry point in the morning. An immaculate, very well appointed cottage with eveything you could think of on hand. Hotel just across the road if you want to eat out, lovely modern and well stocked kitchen if not.. Helen was a very welcoming host, and there is a nice walk to the Harbour and a coastal viewpoint with great sea views. We'd definitely recommend.

Nothing - it was a 10 out of 10 for us.

Good location. Spacious Very clean, very well equipped. Helen gave us a very warm welcome and lots of information. Treats of chocolate biscuits

Only 1 thing, regarding the towels. Maybe they were new, but difficult to get dry after a shower. The heated towel rail did not get very hot to dry them.

Perfect for the NC500. Flat/cottage is superbly equipped & extremely clean. Helen went the extra mile in providing tea, coffee, milk and very chocolatey biscuits. 😄 Two pubs a few minutes walk away if needed. Interesting harbour. Highly recommended. Thank you !

Nice to meet the host. Good to have allocated parking. All basics provided in kitchen. Clear instructions how to use heaters and hob. Large lovely fluffy towels in bathroom. It is a lovely cosy house. Bed very comfortable, slept well. Excellent location for touring this area of Scotland. Lybster has local shop/takeaway. Near bus service.

There is nothing I didn't like. The property ticked all boxes.
