Helens Lybster cosy cottage on NC500

Very welcoming from opening the door. It was very clean and comfortable. All amenities plus more. Helen was a pleasure to meet and very knowledgeable about area. Bed was very comfortable.

People upstairs were quite noisy, could hear them walking/ running about not ideal if not wanting to be woken early

What a lovely place to stay. Fantastic kitchen. Everything very comfortable. Beautifully clean and tidy.

Property had everything that we needed for a one night stay and if we had needed to self cater it was fully equipped, the host was very friendly, it was clean, bed was comfortable and towels were nice and soft.

The only thing we didn’t like was being woken up by the next door neighbours early in the morning, the walls must be very thin and they sounded like a herd of elephants running around. Obviously this is out of the properties control but it was the one morning we didn’t need to wake up as early and we were looking forward to a little bit longer in bed.

Helen is a natural host and made me and my partner feel at home. The place was spotless and had lovely personal touches throughout

Nothing, would highly recommend staying here!
