The apartment is accessible to nearby landmarks of Tbilisi.

The property that we booked in has supposed to be with balcony but when we arrived at the place we were at the place without balcony however, we still paid the same amount. There was limited toiletries, the landlord didn’t replenish. The amenities are incomplete, kitchen tools are incomplete, having hard time to cook. The room has some broken windows. The most unexpected experience, was when we checked out, we were late for two hours and the landlord asked us for 35 dollars which was so unreasonable. When in fact, we didn’t complain in the beginning that we were relocated to the no balcony room paying the same amount that we booked in.

We stayed for 2 days and thoroughly enjoyed this place. Thanks to the owner Maya for helping us during our stay! This place is not far from the center, so we got there only on foot.

Location, living room, three beds which were good for family, host.

Some things were broken (balcony table, toilet seat, door did not work well), which could be fixed with small effort but was not done. Also, the double bed was with iron construction and made terrible noise every time we moved, so the sleep was not best.

The stairs getting to the apartment and the starts getting to the bedroom were dangerous. Plus the noise from the other rooms with people having parties until three in the morning is not reasonable. The room smelled of smoke because people smoked right your front door.

The apartment was clean and big, We didn't get the apartment we rented (there was a problem, so we got an apartment 5 minutes from there. We arrived for a single night after landing and traveled from there. Several grocery stores were open at midnight when we arrived.

One room & living room had aircondition. The parents room was hot and it didn't have a door.

The apartment seemed to be pretty spacious and clean.

The owner, gave the key, rapidly showed the apartment, collected the money, and went away. The apartment was very hot and we needed to find the AC remote control (there were 2 bedrooms, each had an AC, eventually we found the remote control in the living room, which is in a different story). After that we noticed that they arranged only 2 double beds (4 people), but we were 5 (2 parents, 2 daughter and 1 boy). So the boy agreed to sleep on the sofa in the living room. But there was no AC there and it was very hot. Also no bed linen to be found, and how can I reach the owner that went away? Long story short - I booked in another place and we went away without staying. I think the owner should have: 1) made sure there are enough beds ready 2) turn on the AC ahead of our arrival so the apartment will be more pleasant 3) stayed with us some time to make sure everything is okay 4) tell us how to rapidly contact him in case of need.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place. The accommodation is fantastic, very clean, and well-equipped. The location is ideal, close to local attractions while providing a peaceful and relaxing setting. A big thank you to our host, Beqa, who was incredibly welcoming and always available to help. We highly recommend this place and hope to return soon!
