The view from the balcony was stunning! The apartment itself is very cozy and comfortable. It is very stylish and had everything we needed. The host is very friendly. Many free parking spots near the building.

Quality of the apartment

Everything necessary was provided: a fridge, dishes, bed linen, a bed, etc. Overall, everything was in good condition.

I didn't like that it was an apartment in a private sector. The area is quite run-down and old, with abandoned houses around, lacking city enjoyment and aesthetics. Be prepared for the inside to match the pictures, but the building outside is old. I also didn't like that the host didn't prepare our apartment on time, so they gave us another option, and then we had to move to our original apartment later. This left a bad impression because it took away 2-3 hours of our time, and we were only in the city for 2 days, missing out on visiting the mountain because we left later. Also, in the new apartment where we moved, the cleaning was rushed and there were no towels. Additionally, the rooms are noisy, and there's constant noise at night. You don't feel safe. The host is also quite pushy when it comes to selling additional services and constantly insists even after receiving a negative response the first time.

I & my family recently stayed at this property and we were blown away by the exceptional hospitality of the property owner, Beca. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His warm demeanor truly made a difference in our overall experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hospitable and friendly host. Thank you, Beca, for your outstanding hospitality!

Beca is so friendly and helpful. The room is clean, unique and very relaxing. The place is in excellent location as well, highly recommended for stay in Tiblisi.
