Good location, and very nice terrace

Nice apartment with a balcony view to Mtatsminda and downtown. This is the place to go if you want to stay in the real Tbilisi - a lively neighbourhood with all the services in the vicinity. 10 minutes on foot to Marjanishvili and 20 minutes to the edge of the old town.

The owner of the place is very kind and flexible, he even gave us a homemade wine to taste Coffee and tea in the place Washing machine and provided washing detergent after we asked for it

The bedrooms have basic equipment, missing curtains in the bedrooms which made the light come to the room early morning Only one roll of toilet paper for 4 people, not enough Not possible to pay by transfer/card - cash only The toilet board was dislocated The wi-fi was not working very well

Very friendly and helpful host, nice location, big apartment

Just small note: there are no curtains in one room, so sun woken us up very early

Rooms are well appointed, area is good and not far from famous places. It is a good return for what you pay.

The flats /rooms are converted to cater to as many people as possible hence not ergonomically apt. Transferring all the luggage with stairs to first floor was a pain.
