La Silk Riverside Hoi An Hotel & Spa

Super service staff in all departments. Sunset in front of hotel on the river. Scheduled electric car or easy walk to old town. Good breakfast supplying all diets. Recommend this hotel and will stay again.

The entrance to the hotel gardens and the pario could be cleaner and tidied up a bit, was a bit messy.

My wife and i had a really lovely stay at pearl river. Far enough out of town to be relaxing but close enough to be convenient. The staff were all great!! We had such a warm welcome from Nancy, she couldn't have been more accomodating to us. Thank you Nancy. Only thing i could fault was the noisey guests next door to us arriving home at 1am and causing a ruckess. We heard their every move through the walls

Although somewhat far from the 'Old Town' of Hoi An, The Pearly River Hotel and Spa provides a comfortable stay and very friendly staff.

We loved Pearl River- it’s a delightful quiet hotel with lovely rooms and helpful staff. The hotel is a walk out of the town but the free shuttle service meant that wasn’t a problem. We used the hotel’s bikes to get to the beach too. We slept well and enjoyed a good variety of food for breakfast. A great choice!

My family of four stayed for two nights. The Quadruple Room has two rooms, King size 1 and Single 2, so the family of four slept comfortably. The hotel was clean and the staff was very kind. Especially Lucia at the front! The indoor pool is also clean. You can book a shuttle to Old Town and rent a bike for free. thanks for all. Have a nice trip!

Lovely building, over looking the river. Pleasant walk to the township.

The hotel is SO loud! The pool is in the center and there is no noise control. At one count there were 20 people in the pool and it’s not that large. The staff is kind but there is a language barrier and they offer a “shuttle” and a schedule but it is rarely available.

Good sized rooms with large beds. Nice bathroom. Good pool. Great view of the river. Breakfast a bit boring after a week. Nice staff. Golf buggy to town was a good touch. Rooms overlooking the river have gorgeous view but a little noisy when there are 22 Dutch people in the restaurant underneath. Overall though we loved our stay. Pool has ladder and step access.

Hotels staffs were so welcoming and helpful at all times. Location is beautiful and enjoyed quiet evenings without any city noise. Perfect get away!
