La Silk Riverside Hoi An Hotel & Spa

The hotel is conveniently located along the Riverside. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was really amazing and they really take good care of their guests. They provide free bicycles for rent and free drop to the old town in an electric car. Special thanks to Jessi who gave us the warmest welcome in Vietnam.

Fantastic place. It’s a little away from the action but they have a cart to get you to the old town. The staff were top notch and our room was very comfortable.

This hotel was a fantastic value for the cost. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and we loved the free bikes to use and ride into Hoi An.

Hoi An is well worth a visit. The Pearl River hotel is lovely, the staff extremely helpful, Jessi in particular, thank you for a wonderful stay. Note it is s little out of the main town but we where happy with the walk along the river and the hotel have a shuttle car to and from, however if you’re a solo female travelling you may find it a little daunting at might alone.

Our stay was at this hotel was great. You could not ask for better service from the staff, in fact they went out of their way to book tours, free shuttle to the market, and transportation to the airport. The rooms we booked were very clean, well appointed with mini bar, coffee, and lots of bottled water. The restaurant has a full self serve breakfast, and someone to make your omelet for you. Dinner menu as well till 10:00pm. One outstanding point is the staff, they are so friendly and helpful, they go out of their way to help if they can, always with a smile, there is some language issues, but not to bad that you cannot get by, that is a part of traveling, which my family enjoys. Would my family say here again, you bet, in a heartbeat. We have agreed that when we return this the hotel we will choose.

My family has chosen Pearl River Hotel for our holiday in Hoi An. Don’t be worried when you have to pass by the small and muddy road before you reach the hotel. This hotel is definitely worth staying. We have a two connected rooms which is just nice for a family of 4. This is a brand new hotel, everything are so clean and staffs are full of passion. They provide free bicycle and two way free electric car to the night market. A taxi ride from the market back to hotel only cost you about USD3 if you want to stay late at the market. This hotel to me is definitely a 5 star rating both in terms of room and services. Highly recommended from Siew Family....

Good location and very cozy hotel. And, on top of that, the hospitality of all staffs are top class. This hotel makes us like Hoi An (which is very lovely city itself) even more.

Wonderful hotel, great staff and comfortable clean room. A little out of Hoi An on the river so peaceful and relaxing. Got to see some locals fishing etc living nearby. Complimentary electric buggy to take you to edge of town. Staff absolutely charming, friendly and welcoming.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights, and the service was outstanding the staff went out of their way to make our holiday great. Their knowledge of services around the town was very good. The rooms were comfortable, bed great for sleeping, I asked for extra pillow and it was in the room before I got back up to the room, breakfast was delicious with choices and we sat out side looking onto the river watching the boats coming up and down the river and it was very peaceful . For the price of this hotel it is excellent value. Best place we have been to for service. 5 stars.
