La Silk Riverside Hoi An Hotel & Spa

Nice, quiet location on the river away from the crowds in the city center. However, only a short 5 min ($2) taxi ride to the old town. Friendly, helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Large, clean delux room.

Great location for this hotel, right on the river walkway. The free use of their bikes makes a great ride. They also have an electric cart for taking guests to the Old Town. Excellent buffet breakfast is included. We had a family room, that was spacious, although the view was limited. The pool was refreshing after a hot day, and is somewhat shaded from direct sun. The staff were extremely helpful. Would recommend this hotel and also Hoi An!

Super friendly staff, however I was suprised about how far it actually was from the action of Hoi An. It was about a 25 minute walk, and very dark at night. Part of the way was also flooded on my last night. Small room, but perfectly functional. Great AC, so no worries about the heat. You could very easily hear hall noise, and even the door unlocking next door. Luckily my neighbours were quiet, but you could hear even a basic conversation in the next room. Breakfast was good. Loved that there was also fresh passion fruit! Wifi wasn't the fastest. Good enough for emails but calls (what's app) were very spotty. Towels were well worn.

There was nothing I didn’t enjoy about this beautiful plane. The staff even through the language barrier were amazing. A special shout out to Jessie as she went above and beyond. Wht a beautiful place to waken up to every morning. My only regret was I want there for longer

Amazing . Beautiful hotel with very good price. Food are delicious. Absolutely a must visit. Very good location. Free shuttle to ancient Hoi An town. Will come back. Staff are so nice and helpful.

We can't speak highly enough of Pearl River Hotel. It's convenient to Hoi An town but not right in the busy centre. And they provide a free shuttle to and from the town. The rooms and luxury en-suite bathrooms are large and many have lovely views of the river. Beds are extremely comfortable. Breakfast is extensive, including freshly cooked eggs or pancakes and several of the top (though very reasonably priced) restaurants are within a short walk. The hotel also organised transfers for us and a local tour which we found great fun and value. Chief however among their plusses is the constant pleasant smile and helpfulness of all staff, including especially the lovely and amazing manager Jessie Nyugen. Very highly recommended.

Great location and a lovely river walk into Hoi An centre. They do offer an electric buggy, but it is only just over 1km to the town centre and you pass plenty of bars and cafes if you need a cold one.

Amazing hotel with the freindliest staff ever and a fantastik breakfast buffet.

Quite location... free golf buggy transport to town area
