ORCHID LODGE SAMUI - Bed & Breakfast

My Sister and I were pleasantly surprised to see that the property had been very recently renovated before we arrived. Everything was clean, fresh and brand new. We rented the 2 bedroom bungalow for 5 nights and it was total luxury. Really comfortable beds, lovely fluffy towels and really good shampoo, conditioner and shower gel all provided at the property. The host was also extremely helpful with helping us arrange transfers, a moped for our stay, recommendations and even getting us a table at a fully booked bar. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The staff were equally as fantastic with the breakfast they serve up by the pool, cleaning our rooms and making the outside areas so well kept. All staff were super friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend a stay at this beautiful lodge, fantastic views and really peaceful.

Our stay at the Orchid Lodge was just perfect. Each Bungalow is unique and decorated so sweet and welcoming. You'll have your own private home away from home. Everything was super clean and I appreciated that they are really eco friendly (no unnecessary plastic). The breakfast was simply divine! Freshly prepared for each guest and eaten at the beautiful outdoor area next to the pool (which is nice too for an afternoon swim). The Lodge is located a bit outside of Lamai so you can enjoy a quiet vacation with a short scooter ride away from the city. The owner Kristin poured her heart into this place and you can really feel this in every corner. But besides this beautiful location the reason our stay was so exceptional is Kristin and her team Ar, Palm and Nick. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home and in addition helped us out with organizations and recommendations. Thank you so much for everything you are truly such kind hearted and warm people and we were sad to be leaving. If we are ever back on Samui your place is the one we want to be at.

Just staying for a week.

Oh my gosh! This place and especially the people running it are absolutly stunning! It even was better than my expectations. So the property just got a new owner, she and her assistant have done everything to make my solo stay as comfortable as possible. The room is super spacious, very clean and has everything you need. Even for breakfast they make sure you get whatever you like either on your own terrace or at the pool area. Assistent Ar was helping with transport or reservations and all other things easily via whatsapp communication. The place is situated uphill and you will need a scooter to drive around, there are also some very steep parts so make sure you get one with good breakes. If you´re looking for such a spot without any noise just birds, this is it!
