Well maintained clean property very close to all amenities. Staffs are polite and well mannered, food was served fresh and hot. All in one amazing

I liked how cordial and well mannered the staff was, the food was good and the location is very close to the main market and the cleanliness they maintained of the common area and the rooms.

Though there were not many guests were staying at the time they didn’t let us stay in the main house but the guest house kind if place. The whole point if staying in a heritage property is to experience the main residence. The garden was beautiful but not well kept, they have such cute places in the garden where you can sit and have lunch and breakfast but they were in a bad shape apart from one dedicated place they have on the level above at outdoor.in the night the garden was in the dark despite of having such cute lamps. They charged 5 star rates but did not have 5star level of facilities. When it comes to the food, there were not many options especially the breakfast and no 24 hour dining concept.

Location is good.

Paid food bill Like 5 star resort ,and got food just like road side local hotels with no variety and options but served with great etiquette’s , though menu card was well decorated with multiple dishes but availability was restricted . Didn’t expect from a renowned hotel brand like Elgin.
