A cause du mauvais temps dû au cyclone, nous avons trouvé très agréable de rester au chaud à l'hôtel et de profiter de l'immense salon et du restaurant.

We stayed out of season and found the breakfast and dinner options to be somewhat limited.

The location and the ambience inside

They should have cooling system as it was really hot during end of September. The amenities should be more mordern ans even after mention of gym we did not find any. No games.

Breakfast was wonderful with Service at the table. Missed the Bacon with the eggs; but the standard of the coffee made amends. The Service was just unparalleled with some being better than the others and they all had the old world charm of being happy to feed/serve you. Basudeb, Anjali, Abhijit, Jonas were the outstanding service staff. Sushanta Ghosh, the manager runs a tight ship and realising it's a small boutique hotel extends an individual warmth and attention.

The mattress was uncomfortable as was the covering. The blankets too heavy and lumpy for the weather. I'm certain microfibre comforters are not too expensive.

Brilliant location and as usual the staff were excellent. The attention to details and the personalized service is exceptional. The property is beautiful

The Bar, has a very limited selection of cocktails and spirits were also not of very good quality and variety
