L emplacement proche de la gare.

Le bruit du train tard et tôt. La climatisation qui n est pas dans toutes les pièces comme annoncé dans l annonce !! Sol sale aspiré mais pas lavé.

Proximité de la gare, de la ville de la spezia Climatisation et ventilateurs appréciables en période de canicule La petite terrasse est agréable pour prendre ses repas Tout se fait à pied ou en transport en commun (train, bus, bateau)

Attention à préciser à l’avance la réservation du parking. Je n’avais pas bien lu (c’est ma faute)je me suis fait avoir

La struttura è arredata molto bene, mobili moderni, stanze e bagni puliti, spaziosa. La posizione è molto comoda al centro di La Spezia, alle 5 terre e a Portovenere. Inoltre è vicina alla stazione, ottima per chi vuole girare la zona in treno. Ritirare le chiavi è stato facile. C’è la possibilità di acquistare il posto auto nel garage sottostante(20€). Adatta per gruppi di amici e famiglie. La colazione consiste in caffè e biscotti offerti dalla struttura. I gestori molto disponibili al telefono. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, consigliamo vivamente.
