"Near the train"

Evething you need, small but cozy and complete. Great location

You have to pay for the parking lot. 20 euros daily. In booking.com appears that the parking lot is available if you reserved, doesnt show is not incluided.

The villa is very spacious and very clean. It is only five minutes walk from the train station and shops and restaurants. It is the perfect location for visiting the Cinque Terre. The communication was very clear and precise and Hong was available to answer questions very quickly. The option for the parking (extra cost) in the garage below the house, or in the adjacent car park, is a plus. I would go back again!

"Great location, we’d book again"

Clean and lots of space, very close to the train station, shops and cafes. This was great for our trip to Cinque Terre. Nice touches were coffee powder, water and a couple of biscuits - bonus points for having a washing machine too!

The location was primo! La Spezia is a hidden gem and the home was fabulous. Fit us all comfortably and we enjoyed making dinners in after roaming through Cinque Terre. The owner was very responsive and so great. Thank you, Hong!!
