The house is very cozy and intim, although is in a common yard. Very clean, the kitchen has everything you need to cook if you want. The train station is 5 min away, we recomand to bună tickets a day before, there ard long line în the morning, if you want to visit Cinque Terre.

We asked before we arive for two parking places, we had to find where to park, the streets are very narrow and we couldn't find a parking place nearby. But the next day the problem was solved and we could travel by train în Cinque Terre and Genova.

We booked this property with 1 hours notice because our original accommodation cancelled our booking last minute. Hong was an incredibly gracious host, accommodating a series of panicked phone calls from us as we tried to avoid sleeping at the station for the evening. He was so incredibly helpful and patient! About the property: The property is centrally located, just behind La Spezia Centrale station (literally a 2 minute walk, with only a slight incline for 10 metres). This location means it’s close enough to the centre of the town for easy access to the port (which includes the ferry to the iconic Cinque Terre), the market and plenty of restaurants, but tucked away in a quiet area so it doesn’t feel like you’re fighting the crowds. The house is extremely spacious, with very comfortable beds in 3 bedrooms. The bathrooms are very clean and spacious as well. The property has a quaint courtyard, perfect for a quiet morning coffee while enjoying the view of the houses up the hill. The house is perfect for groups, and I’d imagine especially so for those travelling with young children as it’s nicely enclosed. The location makes it easy for day trips to Cinque Terre and surrounding areas, without needing to skimp on comfort.

It’s a gorgeous 3 bedroom house in a great location in La Spezia. The bedrooms are all a good size and there is plenty of space. We loved the balcony. Great directions and instructions for the lockbox, and a very easy check in process. It’s very handy for the train station and trains to the Cinque Terre, but La Spezia is also a great place to spend time in and just wander about. It’s only a 3 min walk to the top of Via del Prione which is a lovely Main Street which goes all the way to the lovely marina area. Portovenere is well worth a visit, and you can go by boat (there are many boat tours) or ferry from the large marina in La Spezia. This was the highlight of our trip. We loved it here, and would definitely return. Our pictures are of the balcony, Portovenere and night time in La Spezia on Via del Prione.

Nothing! Other than less rain next time!

Very nice, clean and comfortable house with all equipments you may need. The host is very kind and helpful, provided all necessary information in advance. Great location, close to the station (it wasn't noisy for us, although we were there in winter with closed windows), in walking distance to the center and port. Thank you everything, we enjoyed our stay!
