great location

The kitchen cupboard was falling off the wall. no mats for the table.the freezer was unusable as iced completely over.Fridge also kept freezing things.En suite extractor fan did not work.The bath had not been cleaned..Blinds in the second bedroom did not cover the windows and let lots of light in,needed black out blinds.Could be noisey from upstairs and outside.

Location is amazing, apartment itself is modern and nicely furnished, and despite being right in the middle of the city there's very little street noise.

We'd requested the bed in one of the rooms to be set up as a twin which was acknowledged and then not done. We were able to phone and get it corrected the same evening while we were out, but it didn't give the best first impression.

Location was great for getting out and about in the city

Shame it didn’t have parking Telly in the bedrooms would be nice

The location was wonderful, fantastic, magical! So handy for all the locations we were interested in. Great that there was a lift.

Unfortunate that the second shower was in the bath. A slip mat needed to be provided.

Extremely noisy and pathetic neighbours, dint let us sleep a bit on the day of our arrival But thats not properties headache.

Location was perfect for visiting York city centre. Lovely apartment. Great that there was a lift to get to it.

The location is the best! Right outside of the door you have everything! The apartment is spacious and have everything you need. The beds are comfortable. Big fridge. And I loved the balcony with the chairs and small table. I could sit down and have a smoke without bothering anyone. ( and when you getting old this means a lot) Easy access and key system.

The floor was cold so bring some slippers. And the bathroom was cold. The rest was perfect.

Location was FABULOUS! Couldn’t have been more central if you tried. It had 2 bathrooms. It had everything that you could want for a few nights stay.

Car park was an about a 5-6 minute walk but a bit too far away when you’ve got a full load to carry. Both the car park and the flat had a departure time of 10am. The car park time needs to be extended by around 15 minutes in order for you to get to the car and load in time to leave it. We could however, collect the car and park the car near to the accommodation when we left. It’s on a one way street and loading times are very restricted. Some of the neighbours were noisy at times. The shower in the en-suite was quite small but a nice power to it.

Very central for doing everything in York. Large apartment.

Had booked 1 room to be 2 single beds and it was a double. Apartment was freezing but Andrew sorted that out. There was crisps down the side of sofa, mugs and glasses were all dirty, had to wash pans before using them, plates were chipped, hairdryer didn't work, no coffee machine as advertised. Very little toilet roll left, some doors didnt shut properly, 3 adults couldn't all shower in the morning as ran out of hot water, when i removed black bag there was old rubbish at bottom of bin, last but not least upstairs neighbours are very loud and love to sing opera in stairwell and in Apartment at all times even though there is signs to respect others. For the price I paid i was very disappointed with standards.
