Key entrance did not work properly. I had to phone for access. I was biked in room 1. I entered. The bed was unmade and there was somebody in my room. I had to phone to be reallocated a room. Again access problems for new room Network and password connectivity problems. I had to phone. No glass in bathroom for teeth cleaning. No kettle tea bags coffee biscuits nothing but two kit kat bars No desk to work from

First things first I give the owner a 5☆ review even though we never met or spoke.i requested this for my father who had a bad accident and a burst anarism on the brain so his memory is very bad and he gets worked up with confusion in arrival Bookong com never emailed me to say the code to entrance was changed, therefore my father's stay was only that night he should of stayed 7 nights due to his confusion we had to bring him back home he was looking forward to seeing his new grandson after being in a coma 7 months booking need to email people ASAP if there's a change its nkt about the money or refunds it's about other peoples dignity and respect I spoke to the owner and he couldn't apologise any more
