Only comment would be that the Guest Book in property needs updating on 2 points:- 1. Hearting instructions, there was a Hive Booklet, which we tried to follow with box in Hallway, which didn’t do anything!! Eventually referred to e-mail I received which directed us directly to heating switch, that WAS actually in the kitchen 2. Guest book also indicated a Parking Permit was provided, after also hunting around in kitchen for this as directed, again email differed by indicating parking permit wasn’t provided. Ended up having to contact Host&Stay for clarification
