Caravan was what was expected, just a base to eat and sleep, comfortable with everything we needed

Club house. Had to use the sister site Golden Sands. This ment that we had to drive there as it is too far to walk pushing a wheelchair. The disabled lift wasn't working we had to ask some strong lads to help us up the steps. Manager later in the week walked us around the back through the fire exit in and put of the building.

I had a problem with the boiler, I rang up the owners who responded straight away and solved the problem.

The caravan had a smell of smoke, even though it was a no smoking venue. The owners did try to cover it up with air fresheners, but I felt this made the smell worse. As a non smoker, the smell was overwhelming. Also, it would have been helpful to have a sponge or cloth for washing up and a bag for the bin. A peeler would also have been useful.

Lovely spacious caravan. Excellent location for the Dawlish Warren facilities. Quiet site with regards to the amount of people on the site. We went during the Easter break and hardly anyone was there.

No fault of the owner but some of the trains were noisy going past in the night.
