East Bali Volcano View Resort & Spa - Adults Only Area

On y retournerait n’importe quand. Les installations sont superbes, la piscine est magnifique avec sa vue sur les rizières, le restaurant a beaucoup de choix, c’est très bon et les portions sont copieuses. Finalement tous les employés sont merveilleux. Ils sont constamment à s’assurer qu’on ne manque de rien et toujours avec le sourire. L’endroit est reposant. A essayer.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff - available and attentive + Funny, ambitious, and engaging women working throughout – added real charm + Beautiful location with stunning views and peaceful, romantic atmosphere + Very good breakfast + No burning waste smell – clean and fresh air + Lots of nature around – birds, geckos, insects, pretty snails visiting the premises + Fast response to any request – very efficient team + “The Passion” mocktail, tuna steak, gado gado, and semur were good + Locals around the hotel are welcoming and very happy if you buy small things from them (water, sweets, fruit) + Taman Ujung (Water Palace) is very close and a beautiful place + Traditional market in the morning nearby – worth visiting (basket weaving, fruits, crafts) + Speaking with locals at the market (a few words of Bahasa or Google Translate) was a lovely experience (very natural people)

– Some guests of other accommodations watched a morning ceremony, but we weren’t informed when, despite asking the day before about the ceremony. A little guidance would have been appreciated – unless this ceremony is meant to stay private only for Balinese, which we’d also completely respect. – Food and drink prices are quite high. That would be fine if the quality matched, but much of it was more basic than high-end in our opinion, also regarding Indonesian dishes - compared to what we had in good restaurants in Bali and at the Balinese cooking class we had done before on a farm. (Other guests seemed very happy with it though, so perhaps it’s just a matter of personal taste.) Overall: a beautiful, relaxing place with incredibly kind and caring staff.

This adult only resort is a dream come true. Far away from the busy and noisy part of Bali, a superbly managed garden with 5 villas and a beautiful infinity pool overlooking rice terraces with an amazing view of the vulcano. Perfect service, excellent facilities, very peaceful.

The restaurant serves indonesian/italian food. Being Italian, not our favorite. But this is personal taste and not really relevant.

We stayed here once before and loved it so much that we had to come back for longer. It's one of those places where if you were asked to visualise somewhere peaceful, this is the location I immediately think of. The staff are all exceptional, helpful, and super friendly. They are a great team that work together like a well-oiled machine. Shout out to Putu, Suksma for being such a star.

Fabulous location with views over rice fields to Agung. Great adults only pool. Staff were excellent, helpful, friendly and always smiling.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this boutique hotel so much, we booked more nights in it. They view is stunning does not matter if it's a daylight or starlight. The villas is cool, modern and comfy, clean with new facilities. The swimming pool and common areas are good. The staff is helpful, kind and supportive. Breakfasts are good and interesting even though maybe not up to the level of the property.

One thing that stand out in the negative direction is a bad coffee - no matter which one you order. It is a type of Balinese coffee that feels like you drink a volcanic ash. Dinners are ok-ish but not the quality I expect.

Outstanding service and outstanding location! The spa was amazing.

Like : The rooms are beautiful - Reception & resto staff are nice - Food is good Dislike : The spa ! We paid $70 for 2 massages and they were really not good. Also the 2 therapists were really impolite and looked so sad to be here.
