Breakfast was good and the location was excellent.

The lighting in my room was poor. Difficult to read in the light provided. The dinners were average. Food was often overcooked or lacking flavor. The service was excellent though.

Lovely spacious rooms, pretty location, awesome staff. Love the pool bar and floating snacks with cocktails !

They could definitely use with a better Spa with air conditioning, and the kitchen is located way too far from the restaurant, which means meals often arrive on the cool side… which is such a shame as the chefs do such a beautiful job.

Beautiful and well-maintained. Staff were very attentive. Great view of Mount Agong. Sunset was spectacular. Included half board dinner was good.

A little out of the way but good for a quiet escape. Nothing much to do around the property. Room furnishings did not feel that premium to me. They keep birds in cages as decoration and I did not like that. :(

The location was absolutely beautiful! The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Tami and the entire staff went above and beyond during our stay. Definitely pay to get breakfast included, it was delicious and a nice way to start our day. Our only regret is not staying longer
