East Bali Volcano View Resort & Spa - Adults Only Area

Super nice and friendly staff. They were very forthcoming and helpful in every way, asking how we were doing and giving us advice/recommendations on what to do in the area. The property is relatively new and was in superb condition. Booking the half-fare option was an excellent choice since the restaurant's food was delicious and consisted of a three-course meal. A delightful special greeting from the kitchen always accompanied both dinner and breakfast. For breakfast, they always served fresh juice with different flavors (some tastier, others let's say healthier;))

Not much to say except for a few minor improvements: - more vegeterian/vegan dishes in the restaurant.

We already had high expectations based on the pictures but the resort has managed to exceed them in every aspect. Every little corner is beautifully designed and literally looks like straight out of a luxury travel catalogue. It was obvious that lots of effort and care is taken to continuously maintain and clean the property and the little touches like lighting the “candles” and little lights in the room, on the terrace, etc by nighttime, bringing the towels to the pool in 2 minutes whenever you arrived, and so on really made us feel very well looked after. Our booking included half board and the food was fantastic, hands down the best food we had all over Indonesia. We also had massages and they were also amazing. The staff is really nice and go out of their way to accommodate your every wishes.

Gloriously landscaped high quality resort with beautiful views, and remarkably attentive staff who work as a team.

The food was good - especially the corn fritters, the nasi Goreng and banana fritters- but not marvellous and always rather tepid. Heating the plates would help retain heat as it’s transported from the kitchens. Gin and tonics by the fire were delicious!

Found it a good place to recharge, spent many hours around the lovely pool watching the sun go down. The staff is absolutely brilliant. Spa treatments were good. Really an overall lovely experiance.

Heaven! This resort is 10 out of 10! Location, Design, Service, Food, Wellness - everything! We are traveling a lot and have seen beautiful places but these 2 days in Bali will stay in our memories as a unique experience.

I liked the well-maintained garden, clean swimming pool, and clean rooms. The staff were really friendly.

I got bitten on my feet by ants a lot while eating at a restaurant. There were a lot of ants on the table where the coffee machine was placed in the room. The bathroom floor was very slippery when taking a shower. I think the check-out time is too early. I think around 11 a.m. would be appropriate, but 10 a.m. was too busy. The food was good for the most part, but on the second evening the restaurant was so crowded that it took a very long time for the food to come out and I wasn't able to finish my meal until late at night. The burger meat and fries were overcooked and hard. Even though I was going to the pool and sitting in front of the bonfire to watch the sunset, the staff kept asking me if I needed a drink, which made me feel uncomfortable because I felt like they were forcing me to order a drink. I am not allowed to drink or eat anything I have prepared separately anywhere other than my room. Only drinks or food ordered at the hotel can be enjoyed outside of the room. The staff were really friendly and helpful, but their kindness was a bit overwhelming for someone who wanted to rest quietly. I had to meet them everywhere and say hello, and even when I was sitting on the terrace of my room, quietly drinking coffee and relaxing, they kept saying hello, so I felt like my rest was being interrupted. But they served me well enough.

The resort is simply amazing. The staff is incredible, they really take care for every detail. And the view, especially in the evening…

The presentation and the staffs total attention detail. The location is so peaceful and the view of Mount Agung is breathtaking. The rooms were wonderful and the food was very tasty.
