No wifi No gas bottles empty for cooktop Bathrooms had pubic hair

The Location was perfect and the property was safe and well kept.

Poor WiFi/Internet connection. It only worked for the first 4 days then start slowing down to zero connection. Especially in the living room area, unable to watch TV. Very cheap and uncomfortable sofa beds in the living room and even beds.

The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were super comfortable.

The walls were not clean, most furniture was broken. The wifi did not work and we had reached out to the host for this problem and they didn’t resolve it for us.

Modern and good kitchen/bathroom washing machine/dryer

No internet for 20 hours, left after one night of planned four due to cheap and broken furniture. Couch was like a torture device, bed slats pop out. No other furnishings. Lower toilet smelt like open sewer and started to cover all lower area. Not fit for purpose

Not enough cutlery or dinnerware upon arrival despite checking before arrival based on previous reviews. Couch was broken. No broom and vacum cleaner had not been emptied. Gas bottle for cooking was empty and not replaced for 2 days despite asking the host and reminding the host.

Nice and clean. Had the back unit with a garage which was handy for 2 cars. Washer and dryer was a bonus.

Couches were broken and lumpy could feel the springs. Pots were scratched and didn't use them.

We liked: 1. Location 2. Accessable to shops 3. Friendly neighbourhood 4. Large rooms 5. Multiple toilets & bathrooms 6. Laundry 7. Heat pump

Disliked: 1. Couch's (no cushioning inside the seats) 2. Down stairs toilet seat kept popping off becoming loose and a hazard. 3. Many scuff marks on the walls throughout the house. 4. Internet had weak to no signal everyday during our stay. 5. Could'nt watch t.v as it needed internet to operate. 6. Top master bedroom, the bed slatts were buckled, the bed had a mound rise where me & my husband try to manage to fix as best as we could. 1st night felt like sleeping on a mound. 7. No bedroom lamps 8. No extra blankets 9. No heaters for the bedrooms (especially during winter) 10. Couches filled with dirt & food from previous tenants.

Everything was close.

The couches were quite uncomfortable, and the Wi-Fi was very poor—it felt like we were using a neighbour’s connection. The house we received was not the same as the one pictured in the listing, which was quite disappointing. The stairs in the actual house were far too steep for our children, whereas the house shown in the images appeared much more suitable. Clearer communication would have helped—especially if the listing had mentioned that the house provided might differ from the one shown. We also felt a bit uncomfortable as some neighbours across the road kept staring at us during our stay.
