Good size bedrooms, and downstairs area, really nice bathrooms. It was good having a toilet downstairs.

Uncomfortable couches, they were not very practical for a family to be able to sit on, while watching tv, when we arrived we noticed a piece of the couch wood sticking out, at the front, it had obviously come apart, so we tried avoiding sitting on that couch.

Apart from the pricing nothing else

Garage too small- cars don’t fit and they are manually operated, even if the car fits the garage latch hangs on the top which makes it difficult to pull to close the garage. Driveway is too narrow and cars are usually parked outside the garage for all the apartments. It becomes too tight and sometimes too difficult to drive the car out. I couldn’t drive my car out because of all the car parked outside . I had to go somewhere early morning at 3 am so no choice had to book uber even having my own car. We were 6 people staying for 5 days. Things provided were :- 4 tra bags, 4 sugar etc 6 towels , 2 rolls of toilet rolls for 6 days seriously. I had to ring them to ask. Lounge suite is crap. If can easily break if 2 or more people sit together on it. They are not comfortable. those are usually used in open homes by the real estate agents. They have a washing machine but no drier. They got vacuum with a broken handle. I have learned a lesson by booking this property. I am sharing some of the pics which gives you a clear idea of the lounge suite, amount of hand soap supply, coffee supply for 5 days

Everything was perfect for our little family.

The location was handy and close to our family, whom we were visiting for a gathering. The beds were super comfy and had a great night sleep. The kitchen area had all you needed for 3 people.

You could hear the kids next door who were quite noisy in the early morning. Could hear them yelling through the walls. There was hair still in the main shower. The couches downstairs need replacing as they are super uncomfortable. You can feel the springs digging out while sitting on the couch. Beds need new pillows as they are too big to sleep on, but the beds were super comfortable. I'm glad I always travel with my own pillow. I like to sleep with an extra blanket, so more blankets would be helpful. There was only 1 extra blanket for 3 beds. Plugs in the bedrooms weren't placed by some of the bedside tables, they were on a side wall, so they couldn't place devices charging on the lovely bedside cabinets. I also had to contact them as they tried to send me to a different location to what I originally booked. Even with these things that need improving, i would stay again, and it would be nice to see these things changed like the couches and pillows.

Towels were lovely and soft, 3 toilets and 2 showers great for 5 people. Washer and dryer were great. Parking very tight with lots of neighbors cars. Close to dairy a great plus!!

Internet was bad, tv not usable or set up, no bins in house for rubbish, rubbish all over front lawn when we arrived, no blankets only thin sheets and no towel rail in bottom floor toilet. Slats popped out under beds before we arrived.

Comfortably and cosy town house, everything was clean and tidy.

Waa perfect size and a lot of bathrooms

Was a bit hot up stairs (was super hot in Auckland) and parking was a bit tight
