GBHouse was great, had everything you would need to make it feel like a home from, would definitely recommend it to other people.
Was not the fault of the property itself but neighbours blocking access with cars was quite frustrating, also a lot of building work going on so was quite noisy, but again, not the fault of this property.
NZIt was central to locations I needed to go. Shopping malls were a short distance.

AULocation between the city and the airport. Beds comfortable. Showers good and hot.
WiFi terrible. TV not programmed. No clothes line. Not enough kitchen items eg. cutlery, plates, cooking utensils, microwave dishes, not enough chairs for 6 people. No kitchen rubbish bin.
USCleanliness! Kitchen was great, bedrooms was big, the washer and dryer in one was excellent.. The shower was nice and big n clean. Overall the place was comfortable and very clean. Close to stores and to t airport.
It was kind noisy! Disappointed that you didn’t have a transportation from the airport. There was no garbage bags and containers in the kitchen for trash.
