Very helpful, they allowed us to change our stay date two times without charging extra. Nice rooms and great location.

The place is amazing, very comfortable, and the location was perfect. I definitely recommend it. Internet connection was good as well. I had a small misunderstanding with the host, but we managed to resolve it.

Le quartier était très agréable, les chambres simples et confortables. Le personnel très gentil et efficace. Très bon rapport qualité /prix. Et la cerise sur le gâteau : le matin vous vous leverez et vous prendrez votre petit déjeuner sur le bord du Magnifique Mekong.

Where good location

Could have been cleaner and the room was a bit small but served our purpose

Good value for money and prime location.

Rooms are pretty much next to the road so there’s some kind of sound almost all time of the day - people, cars passing by, etc. The location of the breakfast is also around 3-4 mins walk from the hotel building.

Breakfast was good but we had to walk to another location - which was quite lovely and on the river - to get it. Very slight inconvenience, although I should add it wasn't made at all clear exactly where we were supposed to go and took quite some sleuthing as there is no signage.

A couple of gripes: 1. The sole receptionist seemed to move amongst three properties, one of which we didn't know was a part of the group, so they had to be hunted down. 2. We were woken very early by preparations for the giving of alms to the monks. Great if you want to participate, not so good if you want to sleep in! I would suggest requesting a room not overlooking the front road.
