Prime location at Mt Eden- Cozy Vibe 3BR Home

Came down with the family to watch the warriors play. This house was exceptionally bigger than I thought so we had more room than we expected. Had a bit of problem with a tile and Grace was onto it and had it fixed. I would like to give a big thank you to Grace for her awesome customer service. Would defs stay here again.

Lots of space. Had a bath. Owner friendly and helpful. Air heater effective.

A bit grubby. Kitchen not well supplied with things. Bare minimum of cutlery, glasses etc. No cloths or scissors. No vacuum cleaner, no ironing board or iron. Kitchen cupboards dirty on the outside and some inside. No tumble dryer.

The location was very handy for what we needed. More Mount Roskill than Mount Eden. However, house sits next to a lovely big field and playground if travelling with children. Nice and close to the city. Hosts are very quick to respond and lovely to deal with.

A few minor maintenance and repairs were needed. We contacted the hosts who were very receptive and said would attend to these before the next guests. These didn't impact our stay significantly and we could look past them. With these fixed, the house will be good value for money.

Very clean and great locations for us. And great communication from the hosts.

One of the beds was a little uncomfortable to sleep with two people in it because one of the legs was missing so you rolled together. (Biggest bedroom)

Great location, shopping centre close by, good for a family travelling with little ones. Generous sized rooms and beds with off street parking cars.

Nice and private, very well maintained, tidy and comfortable, also very close to the city centre

The beds were comfortable, however, one of them did not have a support leg in the middle by the headboard, so the bed sunk in quite a bit.

The location was quiet and nice and close to plenty of food places. Would recommend a car instead of walking. Just under an hour walk to Eden park. It wasn’t anything fancy but it suited our needs. The seperate toilet was a bonus with 5 people. The hosts were easy to contact and very responsive.

The beds were a bit uneven, dipped in the middle, but not the end of the world for a couple nights.
